What are construction services

Activities starting from erection of a building up to beginning the actual activities related to manufacturing or providing of services, all these are included in the term of construction services. At NJP Group, we provide all the services necessary, not only for constructing any industry, but also the activities required for starting the manufacturing activities.

For services related to the construction services, initially, we prepare architectural plans, portray different structural designs, sketching of the elevation, plan the visit schedule to the construction sites, have a check and asses the completed work as well as the work-in-process and other services.

In addition to the above, our scope also includes the below services:

• Services related to fabrication work.
• In case, any one requires water connection services, we complete all the formalities required for the purpose of getting new water connection.
• If any one needs any license to start their particular business, we can provide all the services required to obtain the particular licenses , for example, food license or FSSAI license and so on.
• We provide manpower services in the field related to engineering services by hiring good engineers.
• We provide assistance to our clients in purchasing and allotment of land for the purpose of setting up of industries.
• We also assist in getting electricity connection from the state electricity board by completing all the governmental procedures and legal formalities. This includes the work of laying down the wire from the actual industrial location up to the electricity transmission centre.
• In case, if anyone requires labour / manpower either in skilled or unskilled category, we provide the same.
